Effective on January 1, 2014, the mileage reimbursement rate for Nebraska workers’ compensation claimants is 0.56 per mile for medical appointments and vocational rehabilitation.

John Pike, a former University of California Davis police officer, has received a $38,000.00 workers’ compensation settlement for anxiety and depression suffered after pepper spraying seated protestors.
